This one was a surprise gift for a wonderful and beautiful lady who just turned 40 and nothing could be mare happy for me than seeing a beautiful smile on her face.Dark intense chocolate buttercream layered between sponge cake and covered with even more dark chocolate for that intense taste.

Christmas time is time when cranberry is a must be in cakes. Well balanced sweet and tart at the same time with caramel toasted almonds that add a nice crunch to it at every bite. Yum

40 years of love cant pass without memories. Red roses shows love and greatly compliments a wonderful honey walnut cake taste with toasted walnuts and lots of plum. I was really excited they way it all come together. I be glad to to bake another cake for this couple for their 70 years together.

Adorable Unicorn
Smooth buttercream frosting and moist layers of thin condensed milk sponge cake. Not only it looks amazing but also tastes like a sweet candy. Sure 3 old was very excited to see this baby unicorn. Joy of 3rd old girl was worth every hour spend on it.
